Welcome to The Speech Fix LLC. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, digital courses, and related materials (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing any product from The Speech Fix LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose Only (Important)
The Speech Fix LLC provides educational content only.
Our programs are not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in any program does not create a speech-language pathologist–client relationship.

2. Eligibility
By using this site or purchasing a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a parent or legal guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor.
3. Program Access & Subscription Model
The Speech Fix LLC offers structured programs designed to be used over time.
Enrollment & Access
Enrollment requires a one-time payment (currently $147). Continued access is maintained through a monthly subscription (currently $29/month).
Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins at enrollment and is billed monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
If your subscription is canceled, future access to program materials will end. Previously completed materials are not guaranteed to remain accessible, and partial refunds are not provided for unused time.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and understand that failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access. Pricing may change for future enrollments; however, your existing subscription rate will remain unless otherwise stated.
5. No Guarantees
Speech development and motor learning vary by individual.
The Speech Fix LLC makes no guarantees regarding speed of progress, specific outcomes, or resolution of any speech pattern.
Results depend on consistency, practice, and individual factors.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All materials provided through The Speech Fix LLC — including videos, PDFs, exercises, word lists, and written content — are the intellectual property of Dr. Sandi / The Speech Fix LLC.
Materials are for individual use only. Copying, reproducing, sharing, selling, distributing, or modifying any content is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share login credentials, allow others to access your account, use the program for commercial redistribution, or attempt to download, scrape, or resell content.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Speech Fix LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of progress or data, or emotional, educational, or developmental outcomes. Participation is at your own discretion.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
